Members of the Scott County Youth Grantmaking Council (?YGC?) personally donated and bought presents for eight children in foster care this year. The YGC is a program of the Scott County Community Foundation. There are currently 76 youth in grades 5-12 who learn about leadership, community service, fundraising and grantmaking.
