Scott County Community Foundation board member Janie Alexander presents a check for $7,500 to Joyce Hamilton Oard Springs Community Center Board President Steve Peacock and volunteer Carrie Peacock. The grant was awarded from the Morgan Family Endowment Fund at the Community Foundation and will be used for the restoration and preservation of the historic one-room schoolhouse building.
