Family members of Nathan and Alice Bridge awarded their first-ever grant from a fund established in memory of Nathan and Alice. The Nathan and Alice Bridge Memorial Fund was created at the Scott County Community Foundation as a donor-advised fund, which allows the donors to suggest grants to charitable programs of their choice. A grant for $300 was awarded to the Scottsburg High School self-loan program for students attending college, and a grant for $250 was awarded to Hope To Others (H2O) Church in Austin. Shown are Brenda Kendall, who serves on the SHS self-loan scholarship committee, Matt LaMaster, Marilyn Evans, Becky Snowden, Bill Snowden Jr. and H2O minister Billy Snowden III.
