The City of Scottsburg Utility Office Manager Tonja Caudill, IMEA Rodeo Committee Member Missy Binkley, City of Scottsburg Electric Department Superintendent Jim Binkley and Utility Office Clerk ?Melissa Woods are shown receiving a grant for $3,000 from Scott County Community Foundation grants committee member Heather White and Executive Director Jaime Toppe. The grant was awarded during the Foundation?s 2015 Community Grants Program and will be used to offer our youth a chance to explore career opportunities in the lineworker field, as well as to support educational and safety components (such as powerline safety) of the 2015 IMEA Lineworkers? Rodeo, to be hosted in Scott County on Sept. 25-26 at Mid-America Science Park. ?Also shown are two young men, Wyatt Binkley and Dakota Binkley, who are demonstrating climbing safety.
