Scott County Community Foundation board member Daniel Brunner presents a check for $5,000 to Cloud of Witness Ranch Executive Director Martha Lasher and Program Coordinator Lindsey Wilmoth, along with Jewels, a Belgian horse. The grant was awarded from the Morgan Family Endowment Fund at the Scott County Community Foundation and will be used for equine-assisted services. Cloud of Witness Ranch provides therapeutic riding for individuals with special needs and veterans programs. This grant will provide scholarships for Scott County clients, sponsor Jewels’ care this year, and support the veterans and Reading with Reno programs.
