Scott County Community Foundation board member Kevin Jentzen, far right, presents a check for $250 to Scottsburg High School Principal Jeff Cox and teacher Melissa Lyles. The grant was awarded from the Scottsburg High School Classroom Innovation Fund at the Scott County Community Foundation. The funds will be used to purchase art supplies for students in 2D and 3D art classes. Students will be able to practice foundational techniques and hands-on sculpture projects through the grant.
