Austin Alumni Association President Ishmael White accepts a check for $2,270 from Scott County Community Foundation board member Jami Parks. The grant was awarded from the AHS Alumni Education Fund at the Foundation and will be used to provide scholarships to students. Donations to this fund will be matched 50 cents for every dollar donated, through a matching grant opportunity from Lilly Endowment Inc.
