Members of the Scott County Youth Grantmaking Council (?YGC?) bought presents for eight children in foster care this year. YGC members personally donated $800 to make Christmas special for the children. The YGC is a program of the Scott County Community Foundation. There are currently 65 youth in grades 5-12 who learn about leadership, community service, fundraising and grantmaking.
