Debbie Conover presents a check for $1,018 to Lexington Volunteer Fire Department retired firefighter Mike Higgins. The grant was awarded from the Nina Keown Memorial Fund at the Scott County Community Foundation. The endowment fund was established in loving memory of Nina, to provide support to the Lexington community and victims of domestic violence.
