MEMORIALS & TRIBUTES

Giving a gift in honor or memory of a loved one to the Community Foundation is one of the most meaningful ways to celebrate a life. You can create a fund that bears your loved one's name, or donate to an existing fund. This is a wonderful way to honor a living person, memorialize a loved one, or commemorate anniversaries and other special events.

By using this giving option, donors may:

  • create a scholarship fund acknowledging the contributions of a teacher
  • support the favorite charities of a couple celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary
  • create a youth program that keeps the memory of a deceased child
  • honor a loved one for reaching a milestone birthday
  • ensure your favorite charity will have funds to continue its mission forever
